About the Role

As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will engage with customers to address inquiries, provide comprehensive information on products and services, and effectively resolve concerns. Your responsibilities will include preparing market analyses, processing renewals, handling carrier submissions, and assisting employers with open enrollments. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to Customer Service Representatives and may require occasional travel to meet client needs.
