About the Role
As an Employee Benefits Client Advisor, you will be responsible for achieving annual sales objectives, developing strategic growth plans, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Your daily tasks will include building a qualified pipeline, leveraging data-driven insights, and collaborating with service teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will also manage client relationships, utilize CRM tools for personalized outreach, and stay ahead of market trends to optimize product offerings.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client facing, client advising, or business development role.
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
Preferred:
- Property and Casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain license upon hire.
- Experience with market expansion and leveraging technology to enhance sales efforts.
