About the Role
About You
- 1-3 years of experience in employee benefits including a strong knowledge of employee benefit plans and current legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred; High School Diploma required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.
- Highly organized with technical and analytical skills.
- Client service mentality with active listening skills.
- Ability to operate independently and in a team setting.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a NC/SC Life and Health Insurance License within 60 days of employment.
