HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Marketing Specialist to join their team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves managing the end-to-end project management of Group Health benefit renewals for an assigned block of clients.

About the Role

As an Employee Benefits Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all renewals are completed on time and accurately. Your tasks will include gathering necessary information, analyzing carrier quotes, creating presentations, and supporting medical quoting for prospective clients. You will work closely with Account Executives and assist with the underwriting process, while maintaining organized filing systems and preparing documentation.

About You

Required:

1-3 years of experience in employee benefits including a strong knowledge of employee benefit plans and current legislation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with technical and analytical skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Standard.
Ability to operate independently and in a team setting.
