Connor & Gallagher OneSource is seeking an Employee Benefits Producer to join their team in Lisle, IL. The role focuses on driving new business growth and delivering high-impact consulting solutions in employee benefits.
About the Role
As an Employee Benefits Producer, you will identify and generate new business opportunities, conduct needs assessments with clients, present tailored benefits solutions, and build long-term advisory relationships with HR and executive leaders. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and track market trends and compliance requirements.
About You
Required:
- 1–3+ years of experience in employee benefits, health insurance, or related sales environment.
- Illinois Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
- Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and build a personal pipeline.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable meeting with HR and executive-level clients.
- Highly motivated, organized, and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work hybrid schedule in Lisle, IL (2–3 days per week onsite).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; no future sponsorship required.
