- 6+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry or related marketplace.
- Expert understanding of Employee Benefits.
- Must hold life and disability insurance or obtain it within 4 months of employment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- College degree.
- Comfortable with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction.
