About the Role
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring People Services activities align with DaVita’s culture and values, providing teammate relations counseling, ensuring compliance with policies, and partnering with other corporate functions to meet business needs. You will also be involved in resolving policy-related and procedural issues.
About You
Required:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related area is required, or a combination of education and progressively responsible work experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years of human resources generalist experience is required.
- At least one (1) year of experience in teammate relations is required.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of human resources laws, practices, and principles.
Preferred:
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities.
