Your responsibilities will also include making data-based recommendations, writing technical documentation, and identifying opportunities for professional growth within the Employee Relations field.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related work experience.
- OR Associate's degree and 4+ years of Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related work experience.
- OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Employee Relations, Human Resources, or related work experience.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Humanities, or related field.
- 3+ years of Employee Relations, Human Resources or related work experience.
- 1+ year of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
