About the Role
As an Employee Relations Trainee, you will participate in a 12-month training program, assisting experts with reviewing, investigating, analyzing, and responding to grievances. Your responsibilities will include conducting investigations, collecting information, and assisting agency attorneys with Civil Service appeals and complaints. You will also learn about the application of contracts and agreements related to represented employees.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor's degree with 15 credits in public administration, business administration, or a closely related field.
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes 15 credits in public administration, business administration, or a closely related field.
Benefits
- Full-time employment with a standard work schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
- Opportunity for part-time telework up to 3 days per week.
- Promotion to Human Resource Analyst 1 upon successful completion of the probationary period.
