About the Role
As the Employee Retention Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding experience for new team members, facilitating training sessions, and addressing any ERP functionality issues. Your duties will include implementing and monitoring the orientation training program, providing feedback to improve retention and attendance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrated ability to train team members.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bilingual skills.
- Previous plant experience in a job role of FSS or higher.
- Proficiency with various word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- Experience in team member engagement or a similar role.
