About the Role
As an Employment Coach, you will be responsible for job development, including resume building and practice interviews, assisting individuals with transportation to work, maintaining employment productivity, and creating meaningful daily schedules. You will also ensure that the service and support needs of individuals are met while fostering positive relationships with co-workers and community members.
About You
Required:
- Experience supporting people with disabilities in community integrated settings.
- Strong organization, communication, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and online platforms.
Preferred:
- Two years of college or equivalent experience.
- Job development and on-the-job support experience.
- Positive behavior support training experience.
