About the Role
As an Employment Coordinator, you will support the Employment Services team by providing services such as job development, job coaching, and job placement for individuals with disabilities. You will maintain a network of contacts for potential jobs, assess participant needs, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery. Your responsibilities will also include documentation, crisis intervention, and effective communication with team members and external entities.
About You
Required:
- BA in Human Services or related field, or three years’ experience working with the intellectually and/or developmentally disabled population.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience in providing vocational support services.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to employment services.
