As an Employment Law Section Deputy Attorney General IV, you will independently manage all aspects of complex civil employment cases, including drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, preparing for trials, and providing legal advice to state agencies. You will also handle jury and bench trials, administrative hearings, and appellate briefs, while ensuring compliance with various employment laws.
About You
Required:
- Active member in good standing of the California State Bar.
- Experience in litigation and trial preparation.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of employment law, including the Fair Employment and Housing Act and Title VII.
- Experience in handling administrative hearings and appellate cases.
