About the Role
As an Employment Litigation Of Counsel, you will be responsible for defending lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims, advising and training employers on labor law issues, and representing employers in court and arbitration. You will handle cases including class actions, discrimination, harassment, and wage-and-hour disputes.
About You
Required:
- JD from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- 9+ years of experience in employment litigation with significant first-chair experience.
- Current CA Bar admission in good standing.
- Supervisory experience over associates and paralegals.
- In-depth understanding of current agency procedures.
Preferred:
- Class Action/PAGA experience.
