As an Employment Specialist/Job Coach, you will work closely with individuals to identify their vocational interests and abilities, create resumes, and assist them in job searching and retention. You will communicate to understand individual goals, develop effective employment and training plans, and advocate for workplace accommodations. Your role will also involve networking with local businesses and guiding individuals in completing job duties.
About You
Required:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A degree in a Human Service or Business related field.
Preferred:
- Job Coaching experience.
- Experience working with people with disabilities.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.
