- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Services, or a related field preferred; High School diploma required.
- One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or two years of experience in placement, sales, or marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with job market trends and needs in the Cincinnati community.

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is an employment and training center serving more than 3000 individuals annually with disabilities and other barriers to employment including our nation's veterans.
