About the Role
As an Employment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing individualized career planning, creating employer relationships, and supporting clients at their job sites to facilitate long-term vocational success. You will analyze local labor market trends and partner with employers to meet recruitment needs while advocating for clients and educating employers about the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- At least one year of experience providing employment services.
Preferred:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in an applicable field from an accredited institution.
- Good understanding of how to support individuals with disabilities and/or barriers to employment.
