About the Role
As an EMR Systems and Support Analyst, you will work under the supervision of the Chief Information Officer, collaborating with clinical stakeholders and software vendors to provide content updates, workflow analysis, enhancements, optimization, training, and support for the Electronic Medical Record Suite. Your responsibilities will include configuring EMR to support clinic workflows, training staff on clinical applications, testing and upgrading clinical software, managing software implementations, and maintaining documentation on best practices.
About You
Required:
- Degree in Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare IT, or related field.
- At least two (2) years practical experience using EMR software.
- Knowledge of current healthcare industry Privacy Act, HIPAA and security requirements.
Preferred:
- Extensive knowledge of NextGen Enterprise EMR.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows, medical terminology, and procedures.
- Understanding of quality improvement and/or data analytics.

- Hourly Rate: $28.00- $29.13, depending on experience.
