About the Role
As the Emulation Hardware Support Manager, you will manage a team of engineers responsible for ensuring high uptime and rapid incident resolution for emulation hardware systems. You will oversee lifecycle management, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration to align product design with infrastructure capabilities. Your focus will be on continuous improvement in hardware reliability and automation within a 24/7 operational environment.
About You
Required:
- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in hardware operations roles.
- Expertise in FPGA-based emulation systems.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams in 24/7 environments.
- Basic/Mid-level Linux administration skills.
Preferred:
- Proven track record of reducing MTTR by ≥30% through process improvements.
- Familiarity with global compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Experience in crisis management and stakeholder communication.
