About You
- 4+ years in Sales Enablement, Enablement Operations, Revenue Operations, or Program Management in B2B SaaS.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proven experience building and managing structured workflows.
- Experience owning or administering content systems (Guru preferred).
- Ability to design governance frameworks and enforce standards.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Comfort operating in hybrid, global GTM environments.
