Summary
TEKsystems is seeking an End User Computing Engineer to join their team in Fort Mill, SC. The role involves developing and maintaining end-user computing platforms, including planning, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting corporate images and applications.
About the Role
As an End User Computing Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and administering standard corporate images, managing SCCM, Intune, and JAMF for configuration and patch management, providing escalation support for complex technical issues, and mentoring junior engineers. You will also evaluate emerging technologies and develop strategies for end-user computing environments.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience providing End User Computing technical support in a Windows environment.
- 5+ years of SCCM (MECM) Current Branch experience as an SCCM Administrator.
- 4+ years of experience with Active Directory and GPO management.
- Strong expertise in SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and Active Directory.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide high-level support.
Preferred:
- Experience with NinjaOne or similar tools.
- Print Management expertise.
- Automation scripting.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
