You will manage incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, support various devices, and assist users with account access and collaboration tools.

Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Up to 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
