Summary
Pathward is seeking an End User Computing II, Desk Top Support to join their team in Troy, MI. The role involves supporting the delivery of technology services and ensuring an appropriate level of service is delivered.
About the Role
As an End User Computing II, Desk Top Support, you will be responsible for providing support for Pathward's technologies, working closely with stakeholders to develop a consistent view of product performance, and administering end user technologies including workstation design, installation, configuration, and maintenance. You will also perform system integration testing of operating systems and related utilities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically, 3+ years of experience with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Office 365/M365, Azure, Exchange, Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of asset management, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with AutoPilot imaging, JAMF, ServiceNow, and Teams Rooms support of Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, HDI-SCA, or Apple’s Device Support and Deployment & Management certifications.
