Summary

About the Role
As an Endoscopy Staff RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients. You will perform health status assessments, document nursing interventions, and participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and customer satisfaction. The position requires on-call duties and adherence to safety and quality standards as part of a High Reliability Organization.
About You
Required:
- Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or a multi-state compact state.
- BLS certification.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of prior RN experience in a hospital setting, preferably in critical care, pre/post, or endoscopy.
Preferred:
- BSN required at 5 years of employment.
- Experience in a High Reliability Organization.
