About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Energy, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–8 years’ experience in energy auditing for commercial, industrial, datacenter, or other complex building types.
- Advanced skills in energy & CFD simulation/modeling tools (e.g., EnergyPlus, DesignBuilder/Studio, IES VE, ANSYS).
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and technical analysis software.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP, HVAC, controls, and lighting systems.
- Experience in retro-commissioning, renewable energy, decarbonization, electrification, or net zero initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to perform embodied carbon and lifecycle assessments (LCA) for buildings and products.
- Professional credentials (PE, CEM, CEA, BEMP, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
