Summary
Culmen International is seeking an Engagement Coordination, Event Planning & Protocol Communications Officer to support the Research Directorate at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in Springfield, VA.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide communications and event management expertise, assisting with congressional and legislative affairs, academic outreach, and international cooperation activities. Your responsibilities will include organizing program meetings, planning and facilitating conferences, preparing event materials, coordinating audiovisual services, and leading cross-office coordination on external engagements.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree
- Experience with NGA protocols and operations.
Preferred:
- Experience in event planning and coordination in a governmental or international context.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
