As an Engineer on the Payments Team, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop software applications, maintain engineering excellence, and contribute to a cross-functional environment. Your responsibilities will include creating robust software, automating testing processes, resolving development issues, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards. You will also engage in continuous improvement and maintain production infrastructure.
About You
Required:
- Proficient use of one or more programming languages and tools, with a strong preference for C#.
- 4+ years of experience as an Engineer in a professional environment, ideally with 1+ year of payments experience.
- Ability to debug across a technology stack and implement resilient software design patterns.
- Familiarity with application and infrastructure security concerns.
Preferred:
- Experience in cloud infrastructure rollout and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to respond to production incidents.
- Regular practice of test-driven and trunk-based development.
