About the Role
As an Engineer I, you will serve as the primary resource to monitor and improve manufacturing metrics, ensure on-time delivery during NPI and Mass Production, and collaborate with various teams to identify inefficiencies and drive improvement projects. You will perform line analysis, supply chain forecasting, and bottleneck investigations, while effectively communicating across the organization to align manufacturing and production planning.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 months of experience in line metrics analysis, data analytics, and lean manufacturing principles.
Preferred:
- Experience with programming languages and tools such as Python, R, Spotfire, Tableau, and SQL.
- Knowledge of manufacturing sciences including Theory of Constraints and Capacity Planning.
