About the Role
As an Engineering Project Specialist, you will manage build matrix, forecast materials, conduct Clear to Build (CTB) analysis, ensure logistic readiness, troubleshoot issues, and handle procurement and vendor management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate changes and execute complex strategies in support of engineering builds.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, supply chain, or engineering program support.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency with operational tools such as Excel, Tableau, and workflow systems.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Preferred:
- Experience in R&D operations or technical environments with complex procurement requirements.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements using data.
- Comfort with ambiguity and change in dynamic environments.
- Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Project Management Experience.
