About the Role
As an Engineer, Site Performance for Production-Premix, you will monitor and optimize production processes, lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma techniques, and support operations with the production of existing and new products. You will also conduct Root Cause Analysis and engage in data collection and analysis to address internal and external complaints.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Discipline: Electrical /Mechanical /Chemical engineering.
- 1 – 2 years of experience as an engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
- Advanced level of computer literacy and data entry skills with spreadsheet programs and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a GMP/food environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
