As the Engineering And Maintenance Manager, you will drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities include leading Lean manufacturing initiatives, managing predictive and preventative maintenance programs, and collaborating with production teams to enhance efficiency and product quality.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in engineering and maintenance.
- 5+ years in printing and converting manufacturing.
- Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives, and root cause analysis.
Preferred:
- MBA or Master’s in Engineering Management.
- Experience in the paper or flexographic printing industry.
- Experience managing budgets and capital projects.
