About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Related Field required.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering and/or maintenance leadership in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting skills, and automation.
- Thorough understanding of safety programs and compliance.
- Proven experience managing engineering/maintenance teams and execution of capital projects.
- Proven experience in budget management and cost savings initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma experience.
- CMMS experience and data-driven maintenance planning.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or reliability certification (CMRP).
