About the Role

As an Engineering Intern, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing equipment, machinery, and automation. You will collaborate with other plant resources to create safe, stable, and reliable manufacturing processes through data analysis and sound engineering practices. Your tasks will include leading technical work, maintaining an understanding of plant systems, reducing operational waste, and providing technical support.

About You

Required:

Pursuing Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Plastics, Manufacturing or equivalent).
Project management experience, including project management tools and software.
Excellent communicator (verbal & written) with the ability to summarize and communicate information clearly.

Preferred:

Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma.
Experience with coding and programming.
Experience with hand and power tools.
