You will also mentor engineers and manage team processes to achieve ambitious goals.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of engineering management experience with significant experience as a software engineer.
- Deep experience with full-stack architecture and systems.
- Track record of building and growing high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience owning production systems and foundational components that support several teams.
Preferred:
- Experience with customer-facing B2B systems.
