About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Organizational Leadership, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including leadership and lean implementation.
- Strong influence and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across functions and levels of authority.
