As an Engineering Manager, you will lead mechanical engineering support for plant maintenance, new equipment designs, modifications, troubleshooting, and failure analysis. You will oversee mechanical systems operations, manage multiple priorities, and direct projects aimed at improving reliability and availability. This hands-on position requires significant in-plant time and collaboration with manufacturing and quality control personnel.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- 5-10 years of applicable experience in a manufacturing or manufacturing support environment.
- Evidence of leading significant projects.
Preferred:
- Professional EIT certification; PE certification preferred.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, and TOC.
