About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will engage in hands-on engineering work while leading multiple high-visibility projects. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, technical leadership, and engineering excellence. Your role will include mentoring teams, ensuring high-quality designs and implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. You will also be expected to navigate complexity and uncertainty in product delivery, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience with programming languages such as Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, C#, and SQL/NoSQL.
5+ years of experience managing engineering teams in product engineering organizations.
5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud-native engineering on platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
Deep understanding of software engineering practices, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps.

Preferred:

Advanced degree (e.g., MS) in a relevant field.
1+ years of experience with AI/ML and GenAI.
Experience with methodologies and tools like XP, Lean, SAFe, and SRE.
