About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar engineering field from an ABET accredited institution.
- Minimum 7 years of product engineering experience.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge/proficiency in talent management including hiring and development of direct reports.
- Leadership experience including delegation and coaching of direct reports.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or Business Administration.
- >5 years experience in engineering management.
- Design knowledge of interconnect components for aviation, aerospace, and industrial markets.
- Experience using Enovia Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) software and Solidworks CAD software.
- Additional Certifications: Lean 6-sigma methods preferred, including Design for Six Sigma (DFSS/SSDD) Green Belt or Black Belt, or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
