About the Role
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a team building the DevLink platform, oversee the development and lifecycle of related developer workflows, collaborate with Product Managers and Designers, drive best practices in software development, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure alignment with Webflow's strategic goals.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
- 5+ years of strong experience in software development, with a focus on web development technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with emerging technologies like AI.
- Proactive approach to addressing challenges.
