About the Role
As the Engineering Manager, Production, you will lead a team of production engineers, manage production schedules, and ensure design for manufacturability. You will drive efficiency and automation initiatives, adapt production to program needs, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, aerospace engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in space production, developmental production, or high-precision production on complex systems.
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing principles and rapid prototyping methodologies.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical, aerospace engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Experience with CNC, additive manufacturing, and other industrial production equipment.
- Active DoD clearance or ability to obtain one.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $115k - $160k
