About the Role

About You
Required:
- 2-3 years experience as a people manager or technical leader with strong mentorship skills.
- 3-5 years experience in incident response teams focusing on security-related incidents.
- Strong distributed systems knowledge and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in career development, performance management, and optimizing team velocity.
- Technical pragmatism and ability to reason about trade-offs in implementation.
