Summary
Cisco is seeking an Engineering Product Manager (Hybrid) to join their team in San Jose, CA. The role involves managing the lifecycle of PKI services and driving the vision for resilient infrastructure and trustworthy technology.
About the Role
As an Engineering Product Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to shape Cisco's product strategy for foundational security services. Your responsibilities will include building client relationships, driving service vision and strategy, capturing client requirements, and maintaining technical documentation for Certificate Authority and Private PKI technologies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related security experience, OR Master’s degree with 4+ years of related experience.
- Experience with certificate authorities, identity management, and secure communications.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying public and/or private certificate authorities.
- Proven knowledge in designing and implementing CA and PKI solutions.
Preferred:
- Extensive experience with technical ownership of securing internal communications systems.
- Expertise in industry/market analysis and strategic thinking.
- Proven success in influencing product strategy across complex solutions.
- Strong communication skills for delivering technical documentation to diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco products and networking technologies.
