Summary
Serco is seeking an Engineering Product Support Analyst to join their team in Port Hueneme, CA. The role involves supporting the development and execution of integrated sustainment strategies for key Hull, Mechanical, and Electrical (HM&E) systems.
About the Role
As an Engineering Product Support Analyst, you will develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), build and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), coordinate across various teams, track project action items, prepare documentation for decision-making, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and apply project management best practices to ensure quality execution.
About You
Required:
- Active DoD Secret Security clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience, OR an Associate's degree and 4 years of experience, OR a High School Diploma and 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience working on a Navy ship
- Strong experience in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with attention to detail
- Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- PMP certification
- Familiarity with lifecycle sustainment planning and cross-functional coordination within a Department of Defense (DoD) or Navy acquisition or sustainment environment
