You will lead major and minor capital projects implementation safely, on time, and within cost. Your responsibilities include executing changes effectively through management of change tools, specifying, procuring, commissioning, and sustaining new equipment, managing contractors and vendors, providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues to project stakeholders, building relationships and working cross-functionally with Maintenance, R&D, Production, Safety, and Quality, analyzing data and other process outputs to reduce variability, investigating deviations using root cause analysis to implement sustainable solutions, supporting efforts to improve manufacturing instructions to ensure repeatable operations, and supporting site safety initiatives and safety culture.

Required:

BS or MS Degree in a relevant engineering discipline, preferred chemical or mechanical engineering.
