About the Role
As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for project planning and execution, stakeholder management, requirements prioritization, and product lifecycle management. You will translate project requirements into actionable plans, act as a liaison between teams, document product specifications, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of project management experience focused on enterprise software, internal tools, or B2B products.
- Proven track record of defining, launching, and iterating on successful software products.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
- Familiarity with internal tools development.
- Familiarity with change management principles and strategies for driving internal software adoption.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
- Technical background or ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and business metrics to drive decision-making.
- Experience with stakeholder management and navigating complex organizational structures.
