About the Role
As an Engineering Specialist – Manufacturing, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and process issues, assist in equipment calibration, and support production teams to ensure equipment readiness. You will also maintain accurate records and documentation while collaborating with various departments to improve equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in a GMP, FDA-regulated, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a passion for hands-on problem solving.
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
- Experience with equipment troubleshooting, PMs, or calibration activities.
- Ability to bring creative, practical solutions to technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
