About the Role

As the Engineering Supervisor, Mechanical, you will supervise and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and designers, coordinate project work, evaluate staff performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also provide technical leadership in mechanical system designs, engage with clients, and oversee the preparation of design documentation.

About You

Required:

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in mechanical engineering, design, and analysis, preferably within the nuclear or power generation industry.
Strong technical knowledge of pressure systems, heat exchangers, rotating equipment, piping design, and mechanical component analysis.
Proficiency in mechanical design software and analysis tools (e.g., AutoPIPE, Caesar II, MathCAD, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Prior experience in a consulting engineering environment.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical staff.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.
