About the Role
About You
- BSc/Associate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Experience with data analytics or log validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Tableau, Grafana, or similar).
- Familiarity with mobile debugging tools (e.g., Flipper, Android Studio, Xcode debugger).
- Solid programming skills in at least one of: Python, C++, PHP, JavaScript, Java, or Swift.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building with a diverse, global, and cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a clear focus under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
- Proven experience with Business Intelligence visualization tools e.g. Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI.
- Proven experience working in operations/support roles or other technical roles.
- Interest in continuous technical training and career growth.
