About the Role
As an Enrichment Coach, you will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating activities within the Power-Hour/Project Learn program. You will work part-time, Monday to Friday from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm, completing a service commitment of either 675 or 300 hours. Your responsibilities include motivating youth, helping with homework in ELA, Reading, and Math, and ensuring a safe environment for Club members.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
- Ability to motivate and encourage youth.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Character traits of patience and self-control.
- Ability to function under stress and pressure.
- Valid State Driver’s License & own transportation strongly preferred.
Preferred:
- Experience in working with children.
- Desire to work in a creative, fast-paced, team environment.
- Problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
