As the Enrollment & Program Director, you will be responsible for meeting enrollment goals, building relationships with parents and students, recruiting and training staff, managing operational procedures, and representing iCode at community events. You will ensure a positive learning environment and promote equity in program access.

- Proven ability to drive program growth and close sales.
- Outgoing and persuasive communicator comfortable with both parents and school leaders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, supportive team member.
- Adaptable, self-directed, and results-driven.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Preferred:
- Experience in educational leadership or community engagement.
- Background in sales or business development.
